The functional program, developed on a gross area of about 7,000 square meters, includes an entrance lobby and common areas on the ground floor. An outdoor porticoed podium houses outdoor work areas. All workspaces are customizable and can be configured to the tenant’s needs.
The offices, naturally lit by the large transparent elements that characterize the facades, occupy the first to eighth floors. On the ninth floor a rooftop terrace opens on all sides: an urban belvedere capable of hosting outdoor corporate events and extending indoor work spaces. The basement floors house most of the ancillary functions necessary for the building’s operation. Car parking spaces – a part of which is electric – are distributed here, together with bike and motorcycles parking lots.
